Portal is not connected
My picture on portal and name is wrong also it says I am not in a fraction and I am in one

Hello @SnotRocket0711 you need to log our of your portal account, clear your browser cache. Then ensure you login with the same FB linked to your in game account. Thanks

They recovered my old account after it was deleted but nothing about portal. Also thanks for helping but how do I clear my data

Clearing your browser cache is different for each browser. You can Google how to clear it for the one you're using.

It still didn't work. When I try portal again it still goes to different picture with just the name champion and also no faction
