Claimed Rewards were deleted and not claimed

I claimed the following rewards on the web portal on Friday, February 12, 2021:

  • Snoop Dogg's Lite Daily Anniversary Gifts
  • Champions 4th Anniversary Daily Free Claim
  • Ivar Viking Raiders Daily Free Claim Pack
  • Snoop Dogg's Daily Anniversary Web Gift

In the game on my iPhone, I claimed ALL rewards available, however these rewards were NOT claimed and then were deleted.

They showed up in my in-game locker however they were absolutely not claimed given, for example, my Ivar solo score did not increase by 100,000 points. I have attached pictures.

My in-game (and forum name) is Barbusiness.

Please advise what can be done.
