Hi all anyone know how to sort out getting onto game. I have been stuck on load screen at start and game doesn't work. Anything I can do?

  Hello carver. I've moved this post to the technical support area for you. When this occurs the best way to troubleshoot is clearing the cache and then uninstall/reinstall the application. Thanks
