Hey hii

I am not able to purchase any memberships in my game whenever i go for purchasing any memberships for ex. Kings of kings and dx vault it always shows that my account is not available for this purchase on the other hand i am able to purchase any other offers except memberships easily from the same account .

Plz look in this problem as soon as possible and direct me to a conclusion asap.
