Rewards not received

Hello WWE Champs

I am not recieving my daily rewards from the store when claimed.

I’m logged in via Facebook. When I claim the rewards I get the confirmation message. And the rewards are now listed as “claimed”. However no rewards have been received in my game in-box.

I should mention that it has worked the first 2 days I tried - but today no.

Please help.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I can confirm it is the same FB profile. I have only 1 profile.

And as I also write when I claimed my free rewards the last 2 days it worked very nicely.

However today it did not.

I remain logged in at all times.

I have not received any of my daily claims at all. It always says confirmed itll be sent to your in box, but never appears anywhere in my account

Hello, You need to ensure your portal and in game account are both linked to the same FB account
