Web Portal reward claims

What is the point behind having free stuff to claim. If it NEVER gets sent over to the game for you to use!! I DID NOT RECEIVE all the stuff claimed from last month. The Goldberg 3 star gold poster and his gear along with all the other stuff. I have not got anything from this month sent over that was also claimed!! Both accounts are signed in through Facebook. This account and my game account. Just another thing this game has came out with to rip people off!! If I can't trust that I'll get stuff sent to my game account I NEVER trusting a purchase from this page!!!!!

    The web account and the game account need to be the same account.

    @Mieko if you aren't signed into the portal and the game with the exact same FB account you will not recieve the rewards. You mention "both accounts" are signed in through FB. It should be one account , the same account, signed into both. Thanks

    The community hasn't hit the milestone for HOF sting yet so you're not able to claim it.

    Ikr dkmangler I dnt see y scopley just don't send it to ur inbox instead of dis webportal i mean I haven't got my 3sg Goldberg n I want da 4s hof sting n da 4sg sting like scopley can take it from here n put it in our inbox like dat easy n we will get but naw scopley likes making it hard as hell even claiming dis.

    @DKMangler I say both accounts as in this web portal account and the game account are signed in through my 1 Facebook account. I only have 1 Facebook account so when it asks if you would like to be signed in through Facebook on both things the web and the game. Why would it not just connect to my 1 Facebook account I have? When I said both accounts I was talking about scopely and the web account and game account not Facebook. It won't even let me change my profile. It first said that it was going to be changed on scopelys end and now it just says page not found.

    Did not recieve tonights reward and missed some last month aswell needs to be sorted i cant afford to but coins and stuff so rely on freebies like this to help out facebook is linked to my account

    You Need to manually link the portal to your FB account. You can do this on the main portal page by clicking the user icon in the top right and selecting login with FB. It sounds like you had a default account linked

    I've attempted that several times. It just links me to the same account that I'm using right now. I've attempted to log out of all accounts and log back in and it just brings me right back to the same bunk account. Doesn't give me any options to change my account I would want to use. Doesn't give any options to delete an account and start a new 1. Doesn't allow me to change profile.

    You can also try clearing your cache or using incognito browsing mode in Chrome to link to the correct FB account. We will leave this thread open for the devs to continue assisting if this doesn't work for you. Thanks

    If you struggle with connecting your account to your proper Facebook account, please send in a Support Ticket and have our Support Agents take a look. Th least we can try is to unbound your current FB connection so you can re-connect.
