HoF Piper Blitz issue

Forced Data refresh locked my HoF Piper and ability to run blitz. Have rebooted the game multiple times. Happened after joining a blitz, but before starting a match. Because of this, will Lose 14400 Keys and 7200 Blitz tickets because of inability to finish blitzes.
