Missing Rewards from Portal
I claimed some rewards from the website. They said they are sent to my email but don’t see them in the game. Where do I go?

@Bruss9976_1 these can be collected in your inbox in-game. If you aren't getting them be sure you are using the same FB account that is linked to your in game account and the portal. Thanks

I've only been able to claim this once since it started. Can't very well do much with 6 of them. Is one time all we get?

These are the free ones available this month yes. There should be other opportunities to earn these through out the month in addition to the portal store offers for purchase. Thanks

I'm unable to get them from the portal. I tried just now, when portal loaded it was yellow before I could click on it it turned grey and said I already collected it. It's not working. Now it says I have 28 more hours to wait, but I did not get it.
