I still get inactive faction notices daily. Our faction is very active.

    Yeah, I've had the same issue. I'm literally going into the contest screen to get faction rewards when I get the message. Maybe something tied to the updated set up that is coming?

    As leader of my faction I fear we are losing members because of this inactive post popping up. I reported it and was told it may be a glitch but its hurting our team and morale

    After the last update, I lost all functionality with the Faction Chat window, it's now a blank window and disabled, I'm unable to send heals to other Faction members, this happened last Monday evening and no response from Support after 5 messages with screen shots

    Currently the Leader of Coat of Armes (top 20 group) - I receive the inactive faction notice every time I've logged into the game this week. Most recently happened a few hours ago. I know the DEV team is trying to resolve the problem, is there some criteria you are using that defines an 'inactive faction'?

    I have had it 3 times today alone when logging in, im leader of DXLegends, all of my members log in at least once a day Nd we are all very active, few others in my group are experiencing the same affect also but it has only been this week that its happened, none of us have experienced it in a while until this week so hopefully that helps as could be something you altered

    Most players get the notification when they open the game, only a couple of people during an active Session.

    After I asked on out out discord server around 30 people responded to it, 30 from 300 faction / family mates. So, 10% of our whole family still have this Problem.

    I am part of oasis and we are a very active faction. I had mine happen on July 5th and because of it I am missing 20000 solo mlc points that I am still fighting to get back. I did the hard tour of the mutan cena got the points form the road dog match and the ricochet match, but when I went in to claim my rewards that’s when I received the inactive faction page on the contest page and thus did not get my points added to my score

    Got this right now. I have read somewhere that the explanation was because the faction that we are in are unable to reach milestone in a fast way. So a faction can be active or very active but if the faction complete 1 milestone and take 5 days to do it then good chance the members in the faction will have this notice. this notice said inactive faction but not in the way faction is inactive but more inactive in the milestones of event. Faction is too slow to reach new milestone.

    However there is no confirmation that its the real answer just a theory that circulate in google and all because same top 100 faction got this. So its maybe just a bad feature implemented 1 year ago.
