Fade to Black Never got my Best of 2020
Hello, recently purchased a 11 pull from the Best of 2020 loot and when I went in to hit the button to do the pull my screen went to black as shown in the screenshot and the game reset with me not getting my pulls as they are no longer in my loot to pull

Please contact support. normally this would have the pulls done even if it didn't show. Support can tell you what was pulled or return the coins if no pull happened.

Ok I already contacted them and no response yet. My concern is if the coins are returned I can't use them as the loot expires in 5hrs @Stagger Lee

Also it happened again this morning at 11:12 am ET when I tried to collect a 7pull of the same loot
