Has any tried to play the game on the portal in the web

I have tried to play the game on the portal as i thought it would be a change then using the mobile phone, and I have noticed that the game is really slow, is there a reason for this and am I using the wrong explorer?

    Hi, My internet speed is 200Mb which i have plug in all the time , I have a Sony VIO laptop around 6 yrs old, I am running the latest windows 10 and my. laptop is 8 RAM, i am using Microsoft edge and i used to use chrome, but that was too slow also, i don't understand as everything else has no issues when using the laptop.

  • This speed and performance of the portal is shameful. They've had years to get this right and the game is unplayable there. I'm running a powerful laptop and using Chrome — the image load lags, the unresponsiveness to mouse clicks, the choppy animation on crate opens make the whole experience as painful as anything I do on my computer daily.

    Absolutely pitiful. The 2 minutes I had to wait to get a page to load for a reward claim is unconscionably bad. Just throw it all away and start again.
