Road To Fame Vault Failing

I just did a 5 pull on the vault and it took the vault coin but froze on this for me. Then I refreshed the game and the vault is gone? Not sure what’s going on but I can imagine this isn’t intended.

I have a screen recording of me doing this and experiencing the issue but it’s not allowing me to add it to my post. Let me know who I can send that over to if it’ll be of assistance.

I didn’t get a chance to pick five after it took my vault coins, but if for some reason it gave me the rewards but is just a glitch and not showing me that please let me know what I received and I’ll go look to confirm that’s the case.

I’m also just now realizing it took over 1200 in game cash, and before you suggest it, no I didn’t purposely or even by accident use the option to buy pulls with cash. As you can see my screen is literally frozen. I may have tried to click on the 5 pulls again but the screen was frozen so what I was clicking on shows a 5 pull with my loot coins, no an in game cash option.

Id really appreciate a response and resolution, or at least advise me on how to reach the submit a ticket directly to Scopely for this. Like I said, I have a screen recording I can provide and also screenshot from that posted above in this thread.
