I lost my account.

I got a new device but i got my game transferred. This caused me to somehow get this new account synched with the portal but my game was under the old account. This caused the new unused account ti be linked with my portal well game was on old accpunt so i stopped getting my daily freebies. I finally on accident found that new account with all my freebiesand i dont know what i did because now all i can find is the new unused account and cant find any of my old progress.
