There are no more details. I CANT CHAT IN THE GAME. FACTION OR GLOBAL. EVER SINCE THE UPDATE, ITS BEEN SCREWED UP. IT WILL NOT LET ME TYPE ANYTHING. AND NO ITS NOT MY PHONE. IVE CHECKED. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.

I have the same problem. I have never been able to chat since I downloaded the game back in 2018. I've played a multiple devices and still can't chat on any device. I've only been able to chat once and that was to my partner in a fraction fued battle.
