Hello All

I put if complaint when we had flash feud regarding the feud perk steps which was not working and they only made it work on the last feud, no good as it should have been from first feud now last

sent details and many put in complaints

but support keeps deleting the message and 3 times i sent in , why is this as they should either refund of payback in another form for the value as the offer was unusable from first purchase


what do we do know as they want messages via ingame but then why delete until is resolved

    I'm sorry to hear about this circumstance with the purchased Feud Perks. Support did receive all your messages and also replied to those. They gave you a reason why we can not refund it. They were also waiting for another reply on your side. After some time your case was closed because you did not get back to us.


    Let me have a chat with Support again and see if there is anything else we can regarding your sent message(s).
