R truth legendary strap not equipping

I had submitted a ticket but in my haste I had cleared storage which deleted my support message therefore just posting here incase the message was lost entirely.

I noticed the first time during trial that the belt did not equip, I assumed the belt was not for trial character. But since obtaining him in loot (at 4star) the belt does not equip either.
