Missing account with new phone

in BUG REPORTS

Hi I had this problem last month I sent my phone away to be fixed and got a spare to use for the game when I downloaded the app I saved the newgame to my Facebook instead of the old game with my account on . I now have my phone back and have done the same. Before they had to restore my old account with Facebook


Please could some one help do this again .


My ign is mukphee

New ign because of reset is mukpheesnewphone


My ig level is 191

I have 210 superstars

Roster power is 1.24 million

Just moved up to league 16


I'm subscribed to

    @DKMangler also done that . But seem to get a response withing 3 days here unlike there its just an automated message there

    It was done here after a whole weekend of no replies from in game help . Surely some one can help this time

    This is a joke on here you can roughly get a reply within 4-5 hours on the games its a message every 24 hours unless its the dodgy automated response that has nothing to do with what I'm asking for . Then there's an update that won't let u load the game at all and u have to uninstall and re download to which the conversation is deleted . Why can't no one help here ?? Aint that what this is for ? I was able to get it sorted through here last time whats changed?

    Hey champ. Please don't post screenshots of support tickets in the forum. To answer your question. The forum is for interacting with your peers. Providing feedback, and generally alerting everyone to issues affecting multiple people. Individual issues are primarily handled through support. At times when some of our team members have a little extra time they can go through and resolve issues directly. But by and large the mods are here for forum specific duties. Thanks

    This may affect multiple ppl in my faction me not being able to go forward and blitz . Affects my faction when I'm behind on items because its a 24 he turn around for a stupid message on the game . Nearly 37 hours and nothing has come of it at all yet but suppose I just got to wait for some one who wants to do there job for 5 mins
