@Bannerman Hey, it looks like you are misunderstanding the rewards that you were supposed to receive. Let me clarify it for you, the package you purchased using web coins contained a faction gift of 30,000 Soft Currency ("Coins"), not Faction Coins that you use to buy things in the Swag store. We had checked your account and confirmed that you indeed didn't receive this faction gift, and already reimbursed it. From the server logs we could confirm that you already claimed the gift and got 30,000 Coins.
