Black Screen In Web portal during match

I was playing on the web portal, the matches keep going black mid match near the end. This is just costing me more health packs cause i need to close the browser and open again to restart, refresh doesnt do anything. Here is how the blackscreen looks like, just suddenly switch to this mid match.

we would need at least some basic details if you want help with this, things like what system your playing on, what browser, what version of that browser, the steps you tried to fix it etc..

im playing on my work laptop, windows 10, google chrome current version

steps to fix: refreshing does nothing, so i can only close the browser and open it again
