I've already msged help icon so far. Been trying since dec 20th

He can't go portal thanks

  My husband lost his account after claiming free stuff on the portal. I've been helpping him. He doesn't have any receipt tho I'll double check. I have his roster i took. Would he able get it back? Thank you
