Tech support run around

I put in a ticket in game for buying a $27 loot pull package and then going to the loot screen and seeing there was no loot to use those coins for, after being told i could not be given anything of equal value to what i paid i allowed you guys to give me 1500 in game cash valued at $19.50 because i figured ripping me off $7.50 was better than ripping me off $27
During this time period i had a game crash that caused health loss. When the 1500 was sent i was told i was sent 120 health packs which i did not get. I informed tech support of this and of another crash causing more health loss, the response i got was that you are aware of the 120 health packs not credited to me, that you are working on it and the 2nd loss of health (which was to hhh king of kings btw, prib another 30 health packs there) was completely unaddressed. I did ask if that was going to be addressed and have got nothing but "key terms automated responses"
When i responded that the auto response did not resolve the issue (as the auto response directs you to do) i get more key terms auto responses
This has been almost 2 weeks since this started, up until the loot pack issue tech support was always great, now i am left ferling like i complained about getting ripped off actual money and now in the doghouse and getting the run around on game issues. If this is not the case i'd love to hear how to get out of the auto response loop, get answers from actual people and maybe get issues resolved

Hey Champ, in-game support is the best option to continue working on your issue. If you try changing your text a little bit it should be sent to another support person. If this continues please update this discussion

What's the point of the forum if every answer is mods giving us the go to in game support run around? We are mentioning issues here because in game support auto closes and auto responds to most of these tickets without actually solving the problem

The point of the forum isn't to place issues effecting people on an individual basis, nor are we the support team. Technical support on here is for the community to report issues not normally handled by support, i.e. a superstar not functioning correctly, game-breaking bugs, etc. The rest of the forum is for providing feedback, contests, talking with other champions, etc. Thanks Champ
