In game name 2tall1 didn't receive the proper rewards for 11 pipers piping tours either. If I could be properly reimbursed as it will help me further progress in contests. I would greatly appreciate it

I had the same problem with the easy level not giving out the correct rewards.
I sent in a request to support but with the event ending soon I doubt it will be resolved which means missing out on points for the 12 day events and coins towards the vault.

Support got back to me AFTER the events had ended meaning I lost out on 2 milestones in each event.
Not great responses from support. Yes I'm aware it's Christmas and there is covid but dont see how covid interferes with online support when they all work remotely anyway

well tickets are treated in the order they are received and they receive a lot so covid or not it's gonna take a few days regardless just due to the amount received. And yes covid does affect speed as even if it's remote or not some people cant work cause they are sick or if they have to take care of their kids cause schools are closed.
