Used in-game-cash to purchase the new 5-Star Diamond case. After trying to open it from inventory, received an error message, it auto-force restarted, and case was gone! Oh, woe is me.

    I also had the same exact issue...went back to my inventory and it's now gone!

    I tried purchasing the 5-Star Diamond Token Case again, and the same error occurred. The case went to inventory, then when I attempted to open, I received an error message. So far, out 4500 igc. The timer on the League store should indicate when this happened.
