R Truth title still missing

Its good to hear that the basic issues about R Truth have been solved. I never had trouble receiving and keeping him, but my legendary title which i should have won after beating the deadman in hell is still missing. I restarted the game several times, but cant find it neither in my regular nor my title inventory.

    I'm having this problem after being told it was fixed

    I have checked my inventory and its not there and there is no where to claim it and am unable to run node again to win it
