R-Truth Trial not working

I received the R-Truth Superstar on my roster for the trial, but when I chose him to start levelling up, he disappeared. He is no longer on my roster and I can't get him back. I logged out of the game and logged back in, but he will not reappear on my roster.

    When i click to recruit trial version of r truth the game get restart and then he disapear from account

    I went to recruit r-truth. Game froze. Restarted it and truth is gone. I don't have him. Tried resetting and restarting numerous times. It's been 6 1/2 hrs, still no truth and no word what scopely gonna do to make it right for those this happened to. Loosing out on him for one and also all the rewards were missing out on.

    Scopely said they r aware of this issue but d only problem is less time for his trial
