I received the wrong number of Showdown Coins at reset.
Hello team! Particularly @Firpo , who is often very helpful in these situations.
This past weekend I was above 700 notoriety at reset, but received 18000 Showdown coins instead of the 34000+ that everyone else received. This severely hampered my progress in the 1-2-3 Kid contest.
In game support has confirmed that I was indeed above 700 notoriety at reset, but is claiming that the 18000 Showdown coins I received were correct...lol. Everyone knows that's wrong, but they refuse to help me.
Can someone please look into this? I am owed all the Showdown coins that I earned. Thank you!

Hey @Ricardo16 I edited the post to remove screenshots from support. These are not permitted in the forum. What league were you in for the normal showdown contest? Sometimes this will have a bearing on what you receive with the special showdown bonus.

My mistake @DKMangler ! I didn't know that screenshots weren't permitted. Just shared them as proof but now I know for future reference.
I was in the highest league for the special event at reset, with a notoriety of 743 as the screenshots showed.
In the regular Showdown I was in the second highest league. All regular players know that under these circumstances players are supposed to receive over 34000 Showdown coins at reset, which I'd received several times in the past, and which other players did receive regardless of what league they were in for regular Showdown at reset.
In game support has confirmed that I was in the right league, but is incorrect about what the payout is supposed to be.

In game support is now claiming that I was not above above 700 at reset, even after they spent days telling me that yes, I WAS at 743 at reset. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating; it feels like rather than simply solve my problem, they're lying about the situation rather than simply admitting that 18K is not the right amount of Showdown coins to receive at that point.
If someone could please help, that would be wonderful. Thank you.
