I lost my account , need recovery help

Hello guys ,

I took the free claim when it out from portal on my phone at 21h30 in Paris , and when i close my app nearly 22h30 when i log in the game 30min later and it game start on the tutorial , and no save from my game look like dissapear , I think its because i forgot close app before return to the game it created confuse account , i heared it already happen for some of us.

I send a tickets 6h or 8h ago and still no answer


I send my current ingame

the account i want recover

my faction name, my level , my highest superstar and his level , my coins and IGC cash , I also provide Screenshot of my purchase in game .


Can someone help me out of this please, i dont feel really confortable with this situation.

And im gonna miss HOF nikki T_T

    U will probably say no but , some people told me from here you are faster than them and active.

    Sorry for the late answer, my account has been recover 50h later, my faction member told me it's like 48h to 72h to recover an account.

    I lost my account again because of error message on web portal " oops timeout error," and when I clic for log, it's overwritten my data. But now I know what I need to do for getting recover.


    The Big sad part on this process, is no one answer message before 36h, if we lost our account for the 1st time, it's like a no man land lol.


    Now for my 2nd time I sent message 36h ago. And zero answer.

    @Yazhlog Hey, I'm a bit confused about your 2nd issue, where you lost the account the 2nd time. That error message from the portal should never overwrite anything of your data. Can you provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue?

    Can you also confirm you're all good now or you're still waiting for support?

    Hello hangover,


    I open a Google Chrome explorer windows on champion like usual, I got the message error directly, maybe was late the day before and I forgot to log out. So after get this message I clic for log in, and it give me a new FB ID, when I open my game It ask login with Facebook ID, I click and the tutorial comin, I did everything on tutorial, and my account is link to this new username.

    Now it's 57h I'm still waiting for an answer, I'm still waiting for a recovery, and I lost opportunity to spend my faction vault coins, and do showdown event.


    Sorry for my English, I'm french.

    I open a Google Chrome windows like usual and go on champion portal, and I got this message error, maybe because last time was new year and I forgot to log out from portal.

    So when I click log in, It created me a new game ID, after that I log to the game and it sent me to the tutorial, I completed it, and when I clic for synch, it synchronised my Facebook on. This new champions Id.


    No 57h I'm still waiting for a simple answer, so my account it still not recover. I lost opportunity to spend my faction vault coins, and can't do any single showdown match, I miss the faction coins, I miss 3 1st day on daily rewards, so I will missed the last shards vault.

    My account just get recover after 72h, it's OK now.


    But support should answer in less than 72h, I know it's happy new year and family time, but for a big company like scopely, 72h is age. And no compensation for my 3 days loss. That's sad.

    But I feel salty the way, support treat people.
