Mismatch in the milestone rewards

after finishing a showdown match it’s showing that I have reached the milestone and you can see that clearly in the attached screenshot however when I go to the contests page, the rewards milestone point is not showing correctly and I am not able to get the reward..

What exactly is not working? Not getting my rewards.
Where in the game did it happen? What a year individual contest and X-Pacular individual contest.
What are the steps to reproduce it? I just stopped collecting rewards for now.
When or since when did it happen? Sunday December 20th between 9pm to 11pm Japanese time.
How often do you experience this issue? Twice I guess (3 rewards not show for what a year and 1 not show for the showdown)
What device are you playing on? Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus.
Which OS and game version? Android 10 latest version of the game, I don't know the number.
What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) Ericantona1989 is the same for both.
What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? Nothing, I'm not collecting rewards until I hear from someone.
