Lost Account

Hi @DKMangler this is actually FroggyNGA. Couldn't login here to my FroggyNGA username b/c my facebook is no longer tied to it. I asked Ken to post for me until I realized I could make a fake account and create a new name here. What actually happened was my personal facebook account was hacked and I was trying to get support to delink my hacked account so that I could attach it to a new dummy facebook profile. After a week of haggling with them they finally delinked it and instead of being allowed to login to the dummy account as they assured me I would be able too my game completely reset and I have a brand new game. It's been 2.5 days now and support has not responded even though I've provided everything I could think of including receipts of purchases, in game cash/coins/health packs, player level, in game name and faction name, and a screenshot of the top 16 of my roster that I took on 12/9 when I first contacted them about switching the facebook profiles.

I was hoping that by posting here someone here might be able to help speed up that process as our faction is not only hurting from a lack of participation in blitz/etc but I'm gonna miss out on HOF Nikki from not being able to collect daily login rewards. Is there anything else I can do, other than just wait as waiting unfortunately hasn't worked out well for me so far.

Yes Firpo it just links to the rrrrrr account. However, I just got done with dinner and checked and the game is now making me start over with the tutorial starting with doing the loot pull for 1sg Roman. So does that mean something has happened or am going to have to do the tutorial again, start a brand new account and send in the support ticket all over again?

@Firpo @DKMangler so I tried to do the tutorial again hoping that it would somehow give me access to my account. Instead I now lost my access to the rrrrrrrrr635078 account and now my "new" account doesn't even have a name. I've resent the support ticket in but this is crazy. No way it should be this hard to get an account back that I've played with for 3.5 years and have proven multiple times that it's my account and should've never been randomly deleted in the first place.

@Firpo I got my account back today. Thank you for your help.

One thing though, is I'm missing tours in game for days 3 and 4. Am I just SOL on those tours as well as the daily tokens so i can't get the Vader gear?

Hello I also had the same issue and have tried reaching out to support several times. My main account RawDog80 was deleted and I'm trying to have it recovered. Its disapointing cause I've put lots of time into that account and lost 12 day give aways since day 4. Please help
