League reset to 1

League was reset to league 1. Ive done all the fixes I have seen(uninstall/reinstall, force close, clear cache, played a match etc) and still at league 1. This started at drop of the new 12 Days of Xmas tours today.

    when you uninstall and reinstall it resets everything so you'll want to keep it installed to see ticket progress. An alternate option is working through support directly at the scopely.com website.

  • Lol look im not someone that don't know these things. One of the biggest problems with you guys is you insist on talking to people like we're morons. Ive canceled my subscriptions for the time being. It took you guys 2 weeks to get me 52 hps I was owed. The ONLY response I've been told is uninstall and reinstall or restart the app and it will fix it. NEWS FLASH TO SCOPELY.....its not fixed.

  • @DKMangler look at the end of the day I just want to play the game. I'm locked out of just about everything and the only answers I'm being given are uninstall and reinstall. I've had to do that quite a few times to fix various bugs and glitches with this game. I've done the nxt tour match as suggested. I leveled my league up a few times as suggested also. Nothing is fixing it at all and it feels like no one cares quite frankly. I've canceled my vip due to the fact im not gonna continue paying for something I can hardly play.

    Hey @Jersey2251 I'm not sure who gave you all the other feedback of playing nxt matches etc. But support is the only ones who can restore your account

  • I was told to do them things by the countless community members that also encounter this issue. By the looks of it this is quite common to multiple people some of which multiple times. This really should be looked into.

  • Just being honest one response to an issue in 48 hours is not the greatest customer service. That response I mentioned was obviously a generic response since they told me to do exactly what I told them I did already and the ticket was promptlyclosed. I did it anyway and no luck.

  • What exactly is not working?


    League was reset to league 1 from league 15 on Tuesday. Woke up this morning to being in league 5 now.


    Where in the game did it happen?


    Tuesday afternoon after the new Xmas tour dropped.

    What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?


    I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared cache before this was done. Played an NXT match also. 

  • As of right now it looks like support got it back. Thank you to all that worked on it. Sorry for any attitude also. It was highly frustrating.
