Missing items from the pack i bought
Hi, i just bought the 19.99 pack with 13 loot coins through the web portal to kickstart cause i am new.
The transaction did went through and i got the items in the mailbox, but after i claimed it from the mail, its just gone, did not appear in my inventory or whatever.
Please help

@SuperPervert69 can you please provide your in-game username so we can check your account? Can you also do the following:
- Reload/refresh the game to see if the Loot Coins appear in Inventory
- Go to the page to redeem the Loot Coins and see if they appear
We are looking into this asap.
