Game not starting and match yet drains my superstars health

This issue keeps happening and it’s starting to really irk me.

On occasion, I try to start a match and the game doesn’t want to load. I have to go back to the main screen and try again... but my superstar loses 99.9% of their health

This issue has been happening for months.
