Losing 90% Health After Showdown Matches
At least four times in the past week and a half I've finished showdown matches with almost full health using ZHHH and when I've returned to the opponent selection I'm left somewhere between 30k-60k health left. The one I just played I finished with 480k health left and after it ended somehow I'm down to 37k. it's roughly 35 health packs each time this happens to heal fully. Newest iOS update and newest version of the game too.

Hey Champ. Are these due to game crashes? Or after successful completion of a match?

Its typically tied to a connection issue rather than anything else. If there is even a minor hiccup in connection at the right point it triggers full health loss identical to a crash or shut down. Just need to contact support

It's always been right after completion, there hasn't been any lag nor any hiccups that are noticeable, the game seems to finish the match and load everything else up just fine after. I have noticed in general since the update the game seems to be running a little slower and occasionally freezing on me, but I haven't had any internet connections issues with anything other than Champions and this all started with the newest update. Support seems too backlogged to get back to me as I haven't heard anything back since this started happening and it's come to the tune of around 160 health packs with the handful of times its happened now.

HP reimbursement is usually a given from support. It may take some time but it should be reimbursed
