game freeze
yesterday I was in the silver league loot when the game froze. I had six pulls had to restart game and pulls where lost. Went to the log activities for faction and no pulls where registered.how can I get these pulls back

the faction log don't register all pulls, they only register the good ones, and whether your game froze or not you already got the pulls the moment you clicked not after seeing them so that just means you got all duplicates.

Game froze during me trying to open the silver league loot and when I closed out the game and reopened it I had lost my loot!!!

you dont lose your loot when it crash cause you get the loot the moment you click the pull button, you just dont see what you got, if your roster dont show anything new it's just that you all got duplicates. support can confirm but that's how it goes.
