Claiming first bag lag
After opening the app for the first time each day I come across a problem when opening anything for the first time.
This could be the daily bags, a tp bag, a strap part case in fsction store.
The app takes forever to open that bag
After you have opened one the rest open quickly as long as you don't shut the app again.
If you do close app you have same problem with the first thing you try and ipen

Did you try to open on the Portal? What device are you on when you open the bags for the first time?

Huawei p30. Never tried on the portal for first bag as this is a problem that is mobile specific.

Just updated to latest update about 30 minutes ago. Have no idea if it's cleaned up this error as have no bags to claim yet. As soon as I ha e something to claim will update thread

Yes I have just tested on another strap part bag and it still took a while to open after opening app for first time

Tested again this morning and it still takes ages to open the first bag everytime I open the app

its al;l well and good saying use another device, i dont have one. As for portal are you suggesting everytime i have a bag to open i boot up my computer to do just that ?

Hey Blade, unfortunately performance issues are one of the hardest things to single out because there are a lot of reasons why you could be experiencing this. Considering we haven't heard this same feedback from anyone else at this time, the device youre on could be the perpetrator of the issue here. If you know of others with a similar issue please encourage them to update this thread.

ive got this issue myself have it for ages now mobile device a10 s20 s9 and a gaxaly tab3 all have same issue
