Player missing from roster
I claimed x-pac from Thanks & Tanks special daily rewards. Then I went to the roster to check X-Pac for the first time. I clicked on him but nothing happened. I tried several times but same result. Then I restarted the game and went to the roster and found X-Pac is missing from the roster. I have sent a query to scopely but I did not get any response yet. Please if anyone could suggest me a solution to get that character back.

Hey Champ. This is the first time I've heard of this issue. A few things to try, try sorting your roster by class to find only the acrobats and see if you find him at the bottom there. You can also sort by talent or era and see if he appears. If he's still not showing in your roster please open a support ticket in-game for assistance

Still the same error. I could not find him. I got a screen shot before restarting the game as precaution. It has been 2 days since sent a query to scopely.
Usually what is the easiest way to open a support ticket. Pls advise
