Event points for Striker and Sting wins in Showdown
I have had a ticket open since 23rd Nov. First I was unable to get my 3k event points for the 'any striker win in showdown'. Then the Sting thing came up which was later changed to a blitz reward. I had already spent my blitz tickets so again have missed out on 3k pts. I have little response from support who say they are looking into it..I'm worried the event closes and they forget it. I need these points for my final milestone and to budget my tshirt buys

Can this be passed on for 'support' to resolve as a matter of urgency. I do not want the event to time out and they say there is nothing that can be done. I have been trying to get an answer since 23rd November
