Purchased value is not credited in my account

Yesterday i have bought this attached items money debited but in game its showing like purchase failure, complaint the same in web and in game but still no response from them even after 24 hrs its very disappointing

Hey Ramsan, please work with in-game support for a resolution on this issue. In addition, i have removed your screenshots of bank statements included here. You should be very careful about posting personal financial information on the forum or really anywhere. Stay safe Champ

DKMangler, I was looking for a resolution and thought this would be it. Here is the issue: they take forever to answer in game on the app. I had the same issue with something I purchased on the 28th. Seeing that it is tokens I tried to purchase and they have not responded to my issue, they will be gone possibly tommorrow. They will then try to offer me in game dollars which is not what I wanted.
So People are making purchases and not getting what they paid for because there is a lack of urgency and then they want to appease the person withs omething less than what they actually wanted. Yes that's very upsetting and something that needs to be addressed.
I understand it's not you but, Ramsan has a good point and we can''t be the only two this is happening with. Thanks

Hey David Max, yes they have a lot of tickets to get through, on the forum side I can understand your frustration and pass along the feedback but we aren't part of the support team so we can't escalate any individual tickets. I got a message from someone tonight (2 days later) and when I responded haven't heard anything back. Probably won't for a day or two.

Thats the thing. If there are so many tickets for the support to go through, then there is something fundamentally wrong with the game. You should nkt be selling items for such high value when you cannot gaurentee the game is working correctly. I have had a ticket open since 23rd Nov and we are now in Dec with no resolution.
