Due to some issue we lost our old account and if we play the game there is new account created and to recover old account we have to submit many answer. After that if the answer given by us is not suitable then it can take more time or the reply from support team is more time consuming then we cannot play the game where we had left it. In between this days daily rewards are missed and some limited tours are which we cannot get because our issue is not solved then how can we get that rewards. This is happens with me in this month. Please look in this issue because many of people are my type which are playing this game regularly and after that they facing this problem

    Same thing happened to me, old account lost and it created a new one. I don’t know my exact coin and cash because that can change by the minute when you are playing the game. All I have is a good guess of what I was close too. I have found this very frustrating and think that there are many more questions and verifications a player could give. The support has been horrible with almost 2 day response times
