Hi.

Yesterday I redeemed the offer from Friday, which I still cannot collect from the game.

When I try to do it, it won't let me redeem it.

Friday's daily deal included 20 yellow TP, 40 HP, and 2 Godfather hats.

@Babel are you still unable to redeem the items from your Inbox now? Can you try refreshing your browser or closing your mobile game and re-opening it?

I was just able to purchase a Web Coin Daily Offer and redeem it in game.

I still can't redeem it. I have it in my inventory, and as you can see in the attached image, every time I restart the game (browser, mobile or emulator) it appears as available for redemption, but when I try nothing happens and the red "stick" disappears .

@Babel are you trying to claim it in bulk with your other items? If so, thats one issue. You have to collect web portal rewards separately from normal in-game items

Regarding your question: no.

Indeed I have medals in the "rewards" tab without charging, because my inventory of that kind of item (medals) is full.

So every time I open the game I go directly to the Web Coins reward, since it comes out with the red stick and when I try to claim it nothing happens.

@Babel are you trying to claim just that Web Coin reward by itself? Or are you trying to "Claim All?

One issue I'm seeing is that your Daily Web Coin reward is missing a title. Following up with the team on if this could cause an issue. Can you try switching the game to English and seeing if you can claim? If that works, this is a localization issue.
