Reset timer in the middle of the night

Some months ago I had an issue that the reset timer at the end of the month swallowed some of my daily points. I wrote to support and they helped me out which was all fine. But while they were doing so, they also changed the timer which now causes it to end at 4 am in the morning (German time that is). Tonight it´s my lucky night again, when i´m "forced" to stay awake until 1 am (or wake up by that time) to finish my 80 daily points before 4 am. Otherwise the last 3.000 silver loot points (plus 2.000 gold loot points) of the month would be gone for good since the monthly timer will restart at 4 am.

I already wrote support about this several times, but they told me that they could not help me out, which kept me quite speechless. I mean, they did reset it once (to this unpleasant time) and what could be so hard to do it again? Has anyone else ever had a similar problem and maybe found a better solution? Tonight I´m even lucky since it´s a weekend, but it´s still annoying that a mobile game kind of takes control of my sleeping times.
