A Very Scopely Thanksgiving

Last week, my account broke for whatever reason and I was presented with the start a new game nonsense. Tried all of the tried and true methods -- logging out/back in to FB, deleting the cache/game, etc. No dice.

Opened a ticket in game asking them to restore my account. Get no response for two days because they're apparently swamped. Meanwhile, in my faction's FB group, 3-4 others had their account go poof at the same time mine did. Finally after 2 days, my account gets restored. I made it a point to make several posts in that ticket each day as it could prove I had signed into the app because I knew I was losing progress on the Daily Rewards.

So I asked here if they'd reimburse since this was not of my own doing and a fine moderator said they should, just to contact in game support. So I jumped back into my ticket making the request and did not hear anything for 2 more days.

This morning support responded back with: "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide adjustments for the missed opportunities in the Daily Login Rewards due to account issues. We hope you understand. For any other concerns, feel free to let us know."
