I received the wrong vault token from a golden egg

Yesterday I won a gooker vault token from a golden egg but when I went to spend it I noticed after the fact it was a Black Friday vault coin and now I missing out on good prizes as my faction continues to spend their correct vault tokens. I started a ticket right away but no one has responded back to me, please help as this is time sensitive issue. Thank you!
