faction chat not loading

hi scopley i have sent in game help messages for 4 days in a row now

my ingame faction chat is not loading and this is a problem because i am a officer in the faction and can't accept any new members and or read messages and or help heal my faction team mates

i have had no responce from my messages in game and to be waiting over 4 days for a responce from you and still not able to load the chat is making me very unhappy as how your service department is running write now

    If you check your ticket and it's not closed it's simply cause they haven't got to it yet, unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about it but wait, the support team has nothing to do with the forum.

    If you are the only one affected by this I would simply try to leave the faction and re-join. If not then wait for support.

    He's not the only one with this issue, I haven't been able to see Faction chat or help heal in my faction for almost a week as well

    I had this issue after the latest update. Couldn't see faction chat or set my feud lineup. Leaving the faction and rejoining fixed it

    I had same.probleme like onemangang say leaving and rejoining fix it for me !!

    Leaving and rejoining DID NOT fix the issue for me.
