Missing silver loot pull due to game crash

Opened my daily silver loot pull after completing tasks as usual. Pulled 4 star bronze Robert Roode and went to take a screenshot to share with my faction and and error code popped up for a sec and game crashed and rebooted. Went into my roster and Roode was not there. Also no additional shards of any characters added(I know this due to just going through my shards hrs prior to level up superstar moves. ) Also checked my silver league loot to see if didn't take and did not have an available pull. How can i resolve this. Only screenshot i have is of my roster with him not on it. didn't get the screenshot of him when pulled cause it crashed as i was getting ready too. I did message Scopely as well
