Faction & World chat not usable

Since days both chats cannot be used anymore but feud chat works fine.

Already issued a service ticket without any feedback.

  Thanks for the heads up!

  I'm using Pixel 2 mobile, latest Android version and latest game version.

  Whenever I want to use both chats I tap on the text field but my keyboard won't appear at all to begin texting.
