Account disappeared?

My account in the app and on the portal went poof. I submitted a support request this morning but have heard nothing back.
Funny thing is the portal created a second account but when I click on community, it has retained my account logged in here — hence I’m posting this.
Any idea of the time frame for support? Will membership get extended for app issue? What about lost daily rewards if support doesn’t help within the next several hours?

I should add. It only retained this account on my phone. On my PC, the community account does not work. It asks me to pick a username.

Support has been taking a few days on average to recover the accounts due to high volume of tickets. I would open a secondary ticket to request the daily rewards missed.
