On wednesday i los tmy account due to some web portal issue that resetted my account to the beginning, i've already sent a ticket to support with my data and some screeenshots of purchase receipts i made a couple weeks ago but i haven't receive any response.
Does anyone know how much time does it take to have a response from Scopely, i'm very afraid to lose my daily login bonus for a mistake on the web portal :(
