DX vs. NWO Loot Pull

I bought the DX vs. NWO feud pack for $9.99(3 loot pulls, 20 health packs and 100 turnbuckles)and when I went to do my pulls, it took me to the WWE champions load screen(with all the wrestlers on it) and took my pulls along with it. I am currently waiting to hear back from Scopely. Has this happened to anyone else? Very frustrating 😕
