Game freezes due to red ring and steals all the roster hp & missing milestone rewards
It's been like 15 to 20 days since I have got a proper response from in game customer support on top of that red ring appears and steals the roster hp it was said by chookz that this will be fixed in current update but it's gone worster with the new update I have nearly lost 571 hp in span of 15 days with missing faction milestone but no one has come to the aid till now if the game keeps sucking like this I would just say good bye to it its annoying and irritating crucial matches it freezes or steals health after match starts it just starts with some random no health it was said it will be fixed with the new update but it remains haunting
This thing never stops specially if red ring appears we have to be sure that our hp is going to drain out,their has been no compensation for it since it was about to be fixed but not fixed I still have so much screenshot that sucked up as soon as match starts I tried reinstalling changed to high hand handset it's the same moreover

Game freezes from time to time especially during faction fued matches, Showdown matches, and etc. And you uses health packs to replenish ur wrestler. It's cost alot of health packs bring back your 4sg to 5sb!

I wish that it would just cancel the match. I understand that there are going to be crashes, but why do we have to spend health pack for a no fault crash

There needs to be a system to replenish the health for free when the game freezes because the wait for support to replenish the lost health could be costly for timed events

It's happened to me when i've set my phone down to run to the rest room, and when i come back and unlock my phone the game is restarting. Do not know why this happens so frequently, especially mid match.

It would be nice to up the limit of when HPs stop regenerating. Maybe to like 1000 or a couple hundred. 15 or whatever it is now isn't even enough to heal a 4 star character

Completely agree should not have to spend that many health packs after no fault of ours .

Sometimes when I start a matchup an error is shown " match not started" and app gets restarted.

It‘s definitely annoying when that happens. Sometimes health even goes down after a successful match for no obvious reason. If you report it to support (screenshot helps), they should compensate you. Since i have farmed enough ghps i dont bother too much though. Actually there are plenty of opportunities to get ghps in the game i wished scopely were as generous with their coins. :)
they cannot really change it to bring back all health after a crash because otherwise you could easily leave the game after losing a fight without losing any health. It helps already to prevent a wrestler from getting injured.

@Schluehunter where do you farm HPs

i did a lot of farming in the past when they gave away lots of hps in the gauntlet blitzes. That pushed me to maybe around 3,000 to start with. In general im trying my best to save hps as much as possible. If you can be a bit patient your wrestlers heal themselves over time. I also use sd-matches to regain health. My Icon or Matt do the work while their tag team partner can regain health in the end.

Guys when this happens easy solution. Take a screen shot of injuried superstqr and send support ticket and they usually will confirm and send you health packs.

- Noticed after matches,
- When feud brawl is still ongoing, and switching back and forth from home to feud screen
- Opening bags
Any solution to this?

I screenshot it every time and support almost always gives you back a bare minimum of health packs as a compensation.
If it happens during a showdown match while using 2 5 star characters it’s close to 100 health packs and I get like 60 putting me at a loss when trying to revive my downed characters.

1. What exactly is not working?
Bug 1: Page doesn't load when going back and forth during a brawl.
Bug 2: Opening Recruitment Bags doesn't show the second item.
2. Where in the game did it happen?
Bug 1: In Faction HQ
Bug 2; In Swag Store
3. What are the steps to reproduce it?
Bug 1:
- Start a brawl during feud.
- Finish your lane
- Go to Faction HQ Page then to brawl page
- Go back to Faction HQ and blue screen appears.
- Go back and forth with one button at the top to see issue with these pages loading.
Bug 2;
- Finish expeditions that rewards recruitment bags.
- When there x2 rewards, only superstar poster appear, clicking 2nd time doesn't show any reward.

Since the latest update on Playstore
5. How often do you experience this issue?
Bug 1; Happened 3 times during feud
Bug 2: Happened with all 5 bags that was on the store

Bug1: Restarted the game, But it still happened
